For over 10 years, Hunter has served in various Pastor positions, including roles at Second Baptist Church, Houston, Calvary Baptist Church, Bastrop, Metairie Baptist Church,  and Ames Blvd Baptist Church.

Entrepreneurship has been a part of Hunter’s career for over 15 years. He has launched multiple for-profit and non-profit organizations, including Mobile Area Pool Management, The Church Marketing Group, Camp Wilderness Ridge, Summit Outdoor Leadership, and others.

Professional camp operations have always played a part in Hunter’s experience. He has served at every level of camp operations, including board membership, camp director, director of operations, program director, and other key staff roles at camps like Bovay Scout Ranch, Camp Wilderness Ridge, Summit Outdoor Leadership, and others. Hunter has also been a consistent consultant for camps across the Southeast United States for over a decade.
