Hunter Burcaw is a consultant, organizational leader, pastor, and U.S. Army veteran whose experience spans business, nonprofit leadership, ministry, organizational development, and leadership training. Over the course of his career, he has led teams, developed leaders, built organizations, managed programs, and advised churches and businesses on leadership, communications, strategy, marketing, and organizational development.

His leadership experience has been shaped in a variety of environments, including the United States Army, local churches, nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and consulting engagements. Hunter has also served in camp and outdoor leadership, marketing and communications, program management, staff development, and pastoral ministry. These experiences have given him a practical understanding of the challenges leaders face when trying to align people, strategy, systems, and mission.

Hunter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Leavell College at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Liberty University. He has also pursued doctoral studies in leadership and ministry leadership, combining academic research with years of practical leadership experience.

Through Burcaw Consulting, Hunter works with businesses, churches, nonprofits, leaders, and teams to strengthen leadership, clarify strategy, improve organizational health, and turn ideas into practical action. His approach emphasizes solutions that can actually be implemented, helping leaders build stronger organizations and lead them well.
