Book Review: Start With Why

When I was 16 years old, a mentor of mine recommended reading, Simon Sinek’s Start With Why. This book has an interesting title, but let me tell you it is deep.

One of the common mistakes that leaders make is focusing on the what. That means what we’re doing with our time, with our resources, and with our people. Doing this, we lose focus on what really matters.

When leaders and communicators start with why, the results are impeccable. Why do you do what you do? Answering the question, why?, let’s people know what you believe. What’s most important to you. When values align magic happens. If you have not picked up and read or listened to this awesome book, do it today!
