Book Review: The Ideal Team Player

Have you ever worked with somebody who is difficult? If you’ve worked ever, for about 10 seconds, you probably have. It’s easy to sit back and evaluate the performance of other people, and how they work with the team, but the more challenging thing, is to consider our own behavior.

I love this book, because because the author is an excellent storyteller. He shares how one employee can literally ruin a company and how one employee can turn a company from failure to franchising.

Well, listening to this book, I really considered how my attitude affects people around me. I want to be the kind of person that encourages work ethic and builds team camaraderie yet, I realize I’m in my attitude can sometimes be a negative factor. If that’s you, this book is definitely worth reading.
